One finished mission, planned from scratch for one target: the place read, the shots planned, 89 checks passed, ready for DJI Fly. Asking for changes, imports, exports and edits never use one, and a run that fails is given back.

What counts as an AI plan?
Each mission the planner plans for you from a brief. Asking for changes to a plan, imports, exports, edits in the waypoint editor and re-checks never count, and a run that fails before the plan is ready is given back.
What happens when I run out of AI plans?
Buy a pack: 1 plan for €7, 10 for €60 or 25 for €125. Credits are used after your monthly AI plans, on any plan, Free included. Without either, the planner asks you to top up or upgrade; your missions, imports and exports keep working.
Do unused AI plans roll over?
The monthly AI plans don't: they start again on the 1st of each month. Credits from packs do: they never expire and stay in your account until you use them.
Do I need a card for the free plan?
No. Create an account and plan 3 missions a month for free. Add a card only when you choose Pilot or Team, or buy credits.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from the billing page in the app. Team owners and admins can also change the number of seats.
Can a team pay by invoice?
Yes. On Team, an owner or admin can choose pay by invoice on the billing page: enter the company's name, address and VAT or organisation number, and the invoice comes by email with 14 days to pay. Card payment works too.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page in the app; your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for, then your account is on Free. Nothing is charged after that.
What happens to my missions if I cancel?
They stay yours. Your missions, files and exports stay in your account on the Free plan, and you can still open, edit, export and install them. Free includes 3 new AI plans a month, and credits you've bought are still there.
Are prices with VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT, and VAT is added at checkout where it applies. Business customers in Norway pay 25 % MVA; EU businesses with a valid VAT number are reverse-charged. Every payment comes with a VAT invoice from the seller, Apperio AS, Norway.
